McKinney was a catalyst for the Rangers' 1-0-1 run at the Plano/Plano East tri-meet on Tuesday, swimming the anchor leg in the victorious 400 free relay and adding two strong individual performances. McKinney finished second with a 52.04 in the 100 free before clocking a 2:04.45 in the 200 IM.
