Athletic Performance

Program Overview
The Department of Athletic Performance places a strong emphasis on the traditional approach to strength and conditioning by using scientifically proven methods in training students to increase strength, power, speed and agility, while also focusing on the psychological aspect of athletic performance. Physical fitness, mental drills, nutrition education, and the development of personal accountability not only fosters our students' physical abilities, but also serves as a means for enhancing growth as well-rounded individuals.
