Savarese followed a record-setting performance at the North Zone TISCA Meet with a pair of decisive wins against Greenhill on Tuesday. At the North Zone TISCA, Savarese broke the school record twice, first toppling the previous record of 4:38.20 with a 4:36.40 in prelims before recording a 4:31.14 in finals. The sophomore then won the 100 breast (1:01.36) and 200 free (1:44.50) against Greenhill, adding legs in Jesuit's victorious 200 medley and 400 free relay teams.
