Wiederecht helped the Rangers open the season with a pair of victories, tallying six goals over the two-game span. The junior attacker tallied a team-high four goals in Thursday's 12-5 win over Flower Mound before finding the back of the net twice in an 8-5 victory over Kingwood on Sunday.
