Bitterman recorded a second-quarter interception for the Rangers in Friday's 47-13 loss to DeSoto. Returning the pick 18 yards, the junior put the Blue and Gold at the 50 yardline with a chance to slice into the Eagles' lead. Bitterman intercepted DeSoto quarterback Shawn Robinson, the No. 5-ranked dual threat quarterback in the nation and No. 14-ranked prospect in the state.
