Ostrander was named the University Interscholastic League (UIL) 6A Soccer State Tournament Most Valuable Player after helping Jesuit capture its first state title since 2010. The senior made 18 saves in Jesuit's two state tournament games, stopping nine shots and a critical shootout attempt in the Rangers' semifinal victory against No. 15 Juarez-Lincoln before collecting nine saves in Jesuit's championship-winning, 2-1 overtime triumph over state-ranked No. 1 Sam Houston.
