The Jesuit Dallas lacrosse season came to an end on Sunday as the Rangers dropped an 11-4 decision to The Woodlands in the Texas High School Lacrosse League (THSLL) Division I Super Regional Finals at George Turner Stadium in Humble, Texas.

Senior Jack Tabor and junior Jacob Jackson joined sophomores Peter Buell and Tommy Hovivian in the Jesuit Dallas scoring column, but the Rangers fell victim to an efficient Woodlands offense that jumped out to a 7-2 halftime lead and withstood the Rangers in the second half to end Jesuit's hopes for a third consecutive THSLL Division I State Championship.

Senior Aidan Johnston was a force defensively, causing six turnovers and securing two ground balls while fellow senior Marshall Rodegast snagged a team-leading four ground balls.

Junior Will Piot went 6-of-10 from the faceoff "x", senior David Sprock caused three turnovers and scored two ground balls while junior Matthew Priddy, Jackson, Tabor and junior goalkeeper William Moran snagged two groundballs each. Moran closed out the year with a seven-save performance in cage, moving his season total to 123 saves and a 13-6 record.
