A dominant, wire-to-wire performance by the Jesuit Dallas lacrosse team resulted in a divisional championship-clinching, 11-4 win over Episcopal School of Dallas on Saturday at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, Texas. The Texas High School Lacrosse League (THSLL) followed by win by naming Jesuit the No. 2 overall seed in the upcoming Class AA Divisional Playoffs, set to begin at Postell Stadium on Saturday, May 1 when the Rangers host the No. 7 seeded Lake Travis Cavaliers.

Â
The Rangers will now turn their attention to the Cavaliers, who enter the postseason with a 9-4 record. Lake Travis is hoping that the postseason will help the team shake off three straight losses to end the regular season, as the Cavaliers last victory came on Apr. 10 with a 10-9 win over St. Mark's.

Faceoff for the playoff game has yet to be determined, and the winner of the first-round showdown between Jesuit and Lake Travis will take on either No. 6 Southlake Carroll or No. 3 ESD in the THSLL State Semifinal on Saturday, May 8 at 2:30 p.m. in Humble, Texas.
