Jesuit Dallas dropped a 10-5 decision to Strake Jesuit on Friday in Houston, Texas.
 
Senior Connor Cole secured a win at top-flight singles, securing a 6-1, 6-2 win over Strake's Brandon Brown. Freshman Van Davidson earned a win at second-flight with a 6-2, 6-4 decision and senior Dillon Blanton secured a 7-5, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles over Connor Workman. 
 
Freshman Xavier Horler scored Jesuit's final point of singles play with a win over Charlie Uerling. Cole and Blanton combined for Jesuit's lone win in doubles, earning an 8-4 decision over Strake's top doubles team of Brown and Gael Tapia.
 
Jesuit's fall season will head into the home stretch following the match against Strake as Jesuit will compete at the Coppell Tournament on Oct. 30 before closing out fall competition on Nov. 5 against Legacy Christian.
