DALLAS - The Jesuit Dallas water polo team opened the home portion of its season with a high-scoring contest in front of a large crowd, but fell 21-20 to Keller on Saturday.

Keller (3-0) led the entire contest and stretched its lead to eight late in the third period before the Rangers stormed back and pulled within one in the final minute. Jesuit outscored Keller, 9-3 in the final seven minutes but was unable to tie the game as the Indians ran out the clock.

Aidan Reardon and Charlie Gall each had eight goals to lead the Jesuit offense. Andres Acosta made seven saves in goal.

The Rangers (1-2) will return to play on Thursday when they participate in the Texas Cup. Their first game will be against Austin Westlake at the LISD Eastside Aquatic Center at 1 p.m.
