Jackson finished third in the 198-pound class to propel Jesuit Dallas to a third place finish at the Texas High School Powerlifting Association (THSPA) Region VI Championships on Saturday. One of six Rangers to qualify for the event, Jackson qualified for the state championships, totaling 1,400 pounds, including a 565-pound deadlift.
