Bryce Clark netted his second game-winning goal in as many weeks, scoring the shootout game-winner to usher Jesuit Dallas to a 5-4 win over Highland Park on Thursday in Richardson. Jesuit captured its third win of the season to remain in fourth place in the AT&T Metroplex Hockey League standings.

Jack Rahlfs continued his strong start to the season with 32 saves, turning aside all three Highland Park penalty attempts.

Wrobel kicked off the scoring 26 seconds into the first period, sending home a slap shot after a pass through the slot from
Seth Dragojevic to spot the Rangers an early, 1-0 lead. With 7:56 remaining in the period,
JonMikal Dragojevic scored Jesuit's second goal on a power play.

Highland Park scored with 58 seconds remaining in the first period to send Jesuit into the first intermission holding a 2-1 lead. The Jesuit forecheck proved to be a key difference-maker in the opening period as Highland Park was held to five shots compared to 12 chances for the Blue and Gold.

Clark struck 1:30 into the second period to return the lead to two goals, but the Scots came storming back with a pair of power play goals late in the period to tie the game at three goals apiece. McCown tipped momentum back in Jesuit's favor, scoring his first goal of the season on the power play to send Jesuit into the second intermission with a 4-3 lead.

Highland Park's Josh Sours scored 10 seconds into the third period to tie the game up again. The Scots out-shot Jesuit, 13-9, in the third period but the Rangers were able to keep the game even at the end of regulation. Highland Park again held momentum in overtime, taking five shots at Rahlfs compared to two shots for Jesuit, but the Ranger defense stood tall to force aa shootout.

In the shootout, Jesuit missed its first two opportunities before Rahlfs stopped Alex James to provide a game-winning scenario for the Rangers. Clark slotted the game-winning penalty shot attempt past Highland Park netminder Samuel Haynes to clinch the win for the Rangers.

Jesuit will continue the season on Thursday, October 18 against Frisco. Puck drop is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. from the StarCenter in Plano.
