Freshman Konstantin Deshevyy scored his fourth goal of the season and increased his scoring stream to three games, but the Rangers were unable to come back from five unanswered goals from Frisco East, falling 6-1 on Thursday at the Richardson Starcenter.

Deshevyy scored his tally unassisted with 7:37 left in the first period, capitalizing on one of Jesuit's 11 third period shots. The Rangers were unable to cash in on three power play attempts while Frisco East scored goals on each of their two man-up opportunities. Senior goalie Arthur Trapp secured 28 saves in net for the Rangers.

Jesuit will return to the ice on Feb. 3, when the Rangers battle Frisco East at 9:15 p.m. at the StarCenter in McKinney.
