The Rangers upended McKinney, 4-2, in their return to Texas on Wednesday, Nov. 15. The key league win provides the Rangers momentum headed into a Thanksgiving week tournament hosted by the Dallas Stars.
 
Senior Connor Sughrue scored two goals as additional tallies were recorded by sophomore William Hubbell and junior Mitchell Zenick. Senior Jack Bowdich and junior Conor Parro secured two assists apiece as junior Andrew Theisen, sophomore Maxwell Reynolds and junior Jack Reynolds recorded one assist apiece.
 
In goal, senior Misha Saratovtsev kept McKinney at bay, rebounding from allowing an early goal midway through the first period with nearly a full period of shutout work in the second before blanking McKinney in the third. Saratovtsev finished the game with 21 saves.
 
Jesuit will compete in the Dallas Stars High School Showcase Tournament, set for Nov. 24-26 throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Jesuit's first two games of the tournament will take place on Friday, Nov. 24 as Jesuit battles Denton County at the Richardson StarCenter (8 a.m.) followed by a matchup against Frisco in McKinney (2 p.m.).
