Jesuit Dallas embarked up its third out-of-state trip of the 2023-24 season, splitting four games at the 2024 Jesuit Cup, held on Jan. 13-15 in Littleton, Colorado in a tournament hosted by Regis Jesuit (Colo.).

The Rangers opened their tournament with a 5-2 win over Bellarmine. Sophomore
Everett Sahadevan scored two goals for the Rangers while senior
Connor Sughrue, junior
Thomas Fino and freshman
Maxwell Reynolds finished with one goal apiece. Fino added two assists, sophomore
Wade Bryan tacked on two assists of his own as sophomore
William Hubbell, sophomore
Allen Zhang, junior
Conor Parro and senior
Noah Pinkall finished the game with one assist apiece. Senior
Misha Saratovtsev earned his first win of the weekend with 12 saves in goal for the Rangers.

Jesuit dropped its second game of the tournament, 8-2, to St. Ignatius despite goals from Bowdich and Fino alongside assists by Bryan and Hubbell. The Rangers rebounded with an 8-0, shutout win over Rockhurst Jesuit, with Reynolds scoring two goals to lead the team while seniors

Liam Placke and Whit Taylor joined Fino and Sahadevan in the scoring column. Saratovtsev and Sasha Dikun split the shutout, with Saratovtsev making nine saves while Dikun picked up six stops. Hubbell scored off of assists by Fino and Reynolds in the final game of the tournament as Jesuit dropped a 5-1 decision to hosting Regis.

The Rangers will return home to begin the home stretch of the season on Jan. 17. Jesuit's next game will be on Jan. 17 against Frisco West. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Plano StarCenter.
