Blake Bodnar set the tone for Jesuit Dallas, as the Rangers improved to 3-4 on the season and 2-2 in District 7-6A with a 41-27 win over MacArthur on Friday at Ranger Stadium.

Peters completed 22-of-28 passes for 225 yards and six touchdowns, hitting four different wide receivers for touchdowns during the contest. Bodnar closed out the bout with seven receptions for a career-high 97 yards and three touchdowns, becoming the first Ranger since 2017 (Fletcher Rosenbleeth '18) to record three touchdown receptions in a single game. Jesuit will return to Eagle-Mustang Stadium next week to face Richardson on Friday, October 18. The Eagles suffered their first district loss of the season on Friday, falling to J.J. Pearce, 64-41. Richardson committed three turnovers in the matchup, committed 11 penalties for 104 yards, but out-gained Pearce, 408-370. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. next Friday.
