Wade Bryan opened the scoring for the Rangers, scoring on the power play early in the first period to give Jesuit an early 1-0 lead. McKinney notched an equalizer one minute into the second period, but senior
Conor Parro gave the Rangers the lead back 10 seconds later, sending home a faceoff feed from junior
William Hubbell. McKinney tied the game with 6:01 remaining in the third period to send the game into overtime. After a scoreless overtime period, McKinney outscored Jesuit 1-0 in the shootout to pick up the win.Â

The final game of the round robin tournament will pit Jesuit Dallas against Highland Park on Wednesday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. The matchup is set to take place at the Farmers Branch StarCenter. The Rangers are currently fourth in the round robin but can advance to the state championship match with a regulation win over Highland Park combined with McKinney defeating Keller in regulation.
