DALLAS - The No. 4 seeded Jesuit Dallas lacrosse team opened play in the Texas High School Lacrosse League AA Playoffs with a 12-10 victory over Austin Westlake at Ranger Stadium on Saturday.

Jesuit scored the first four goals in the game to put the pressure on the Chaparals before holding off a late rally to advance to the state semifinal round next weekend. JCP will face top seed Highland Park on Saturday, May 9 at Highlander Stadium at 2 p.m.

Wil Fagan and David Atwell each scored three goals to lead the Blue and Gold offense. Fagan also had two assists. 

Jesuit improves to 9-5 overall and extends its win streak to three games.
