2017: Went 2-for-2 during his senior season...struck out 32 hitters during his first year on the varsity roster...threw a no-hitter in his first varsity start, shutting out MacArthur, 10-0 while striking out a batter on Feb. 25...added his second win of the season against Lovejoy (Mar. 11), striking out eight batters over seven innings of work and allowing only five hits...matched his season-high eight batters against Forney (Mar. 4)...struck out seven batters in his first district start against Coppell (Mar. 17)...tacked on five strikeouts against J.J. Pearce (Apr. 4).
