2019-20: Appeared in 22 games during his senior, making 19 starts…scored 93 points and dragged down 71 rebounds while shooting 44 percent from the floor…scored a season-high 15 points against Nacogdoches (Dec. 26), adding a season-best eight rebounds…opened the season with 10 points and seven rebounds against Mesquite (Nov. 19).

2018-19: Appeared in 34 games during his first season on the varsity roster and earned his first varsity starts against Plano (Jan. 5) and McKinney (Jan. 8)…finished the year with 63 points, 68 rebounds, 13 assists, eight blocks and four steals…scored a season-high nine points against MacArthur (Nov. 29), adding a season-high seven rebounds against South Grand Prairie (Dec. 7) and Plano (Jan. 5)…was named the JesuitRangers.org Player of the Week on Jan. 7  after leading the Rangers to two key victories…Steger played a major role in Jesuit’s 78-72 win over state-ranked Allen on Jan. 2, entering the game after an injury to starting forward Julius Marble and helping Jesuit hold the Eagles to a 42.9 percent clip from the floor…added two blocks against Plano (Jan. 29).
