Jesuit continued its undefeated start to the season, upending Westlake 12-4 on Saturday afternoon at Jesuit Dallas. Anchored by a trio of hat tricks by senior
Jack Tabor alongside juniors
Peter Buell and
Jacob Jackson, the Rangers earned a victory over another perennial state title contender while moving to 4-0 on the season.
Â
Out-scoring Westlake 5-1 in the second quarter, Jesuit Dallas (4-0) saw six members of the squad find twine. In addition to the hat tricks scored by Tabor, Buell and Jackson, sophomores
Tommy Hovivian,
Zachary Rilley and senior
Grayson Hassell got the Rangers on the scoreboard, while Reilly added a pair of assists. Freshman
Henry Suarez snagged a team-leading six ground balls, followed by four groundballs from junior
Matthew Priddy. Junior goalkeeper
William Moran excelled in the cage, making four saves and snagging four loose balls to keep the Rangers in front.
