Jacob Jowdy found pay dirt for the Blue and Gold, as the Rangers completed a weekend-long trip to New Orleans with a bout against a fellow member of the central province. Villasana opened the scoring for Jesuit in the opening half to give the Blue and Gold a one-possession lead heading into the halftime break.

After Jesuit New Orleans struck with a try of its own early in the second stanza to tie the contest, but Jowdy raced into the goal area for the equalizing try midway through the second half. The Blue Jays forced the tie with another late equalizer.

Jesuit Dallas will celebrate the 18-member senior class on Mar. 22 prior to an 8 p.m. kickoff at Postell Stadium. The 2018 season will then conclude with back-to-back road matchups against Westlake (Apr. 7) and Plano (Apr. 12).
