Jesuit Dallas finished the 2020-21 season unbeaten in dual meets for the second consecutive year, sweeping Frisco Independence and Frisco Wakeland on Thursday at Bruce Eubanks Natatorium in Frisco, Texas. The Rangers close out the year with a 10-0 record in dual meets and have not lost a dual meet since 2019, using the Thursday sweep to extend their winning streak to 20 meets.
Seniors Will McKinney and
Ryan Peckham won two events each to set the tone for the Rangers. Peckham sparked a 1-2-3 finish with a 55.05 in the 100 back, as junior
James Savarese (56.68) and sophomore
Palmer Bowman (57.42) wrapped the podium sweep. Peckham added a 1:58.55 in the 200 I.M., winning the event and scoring key points for the Rangers.
McKinney, who set the 500 free record for the second consecutive time this year at the North Zone TISCA virtual meet in December, won the 200 free with a 1:47.71 and captured the 100 free with a team season-best time of 49.24. McKinney joined

Jack Young secured a first-place finish in the one-meter diving event, recording a 206.40 to win the event by nearly 40 points. Young scored a season-high 236.00 at the dual meet against Highland Park on Nov. 10 and closed out his stellar dual meet schedule with another 200-point performance. Freshman
William Savarese tacked on Jesuit's final individual win of the event with a 1:00.99 in the 100 breast.
Summers clocked a 22.78 to finish second in the 50 free, followed by a third-place, 22.97 by Hung. Bowman finished second in the 500 free with a 5:03.84 while Hung tacked on a second-place, 55.65 in the 100 fly. The Rangers will now turn their attention to the UIL District 8-6A Championships, scheduled to take place on Friday, Jan. 29 at the Loos Natatorium in Addison, Texas. The Rangers enter the district championship looking for the eighth district title in program history and second consecutive district crown. Jesuit will face off against the four members of Richardson ISD (Berkner, Pearce, Lake Highlands, Richardson), three members of Mesquite ISD (Mesquite, John Horn, N. Mesquite) and Skyline.
