DALLAS - The Jesuit Dallas swimming & diving team won 10 events and cruised to a 139-36 victory over Bishop Lynch in the season opener at the David A. Segal Family Aquatic Center on Tuesday.

Jesuit won seven of nine individual events and all three relays in the meet.

Seniors Grant Wilton and Drew Shippey were both multiple event winners for the Rangers. Wilton touched first in the 500 freestyle and 100 backstroke, while Shippey won gold in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Senior John McCosker won the 200 free and freshman Dorian Davis led a JCP sweep in the 200 individual medley as he was joined on the podium by Javier Ruiz and Noah Ruhl.

Jesuit had the top two finishers in the 1-meter springboard competition with Koby Broad and Kobus Brewton.

Jesuit will return to action this Saturday when it welcomes 15 teams to campus for the Ranger Relays. The action gets underway at 11:30 a.m.
