The Rangers scored 23 points off of 21 Berkner turnovers and held the Rams under 35 percent from the floor en route to a 60-36 win on Saturday in Richardson, Texas. The Rangers, who have won four of their last five games and are 4-2 in district play, secure a key road win ahead of a two-week span that will see Jesuit play at home four times in the next two weeks.

The Rangers shot 37.3 percent from the floor, including a 6-of-12 clip during a third quarter that saw the Rangers outscore Berkner, 21-9, and out-rebounded the Rams, 39-24. Berkner was held to a 33.3 percent shooting percentage, only hit four three pointers in the second half and only scored 10 points in the paint despite 39 total shots from the field.
A busy week for the Blue and Gold begins on Tuesday when the Rangers welcome Richardson to Walsh Gymnasium. The second game in 11 days between the Rangers and Eagles, tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday. The week concludes with games against Irving H.S. at home on Wednesday, Jan. 20 before a road showdown with J.J. Pearce on Friday, Jan. 22.
