Jesuit Dallas warded off a determined MacArthur team with 28 second half points en route to a 50-41 win over the Cardinals on Friday at Walsh Gym. The Rangers, who move to 7-4 in district play, head into the final three games of the regular season with wins in three of their last four contests.

Conor Moore wrapped a strong week with his eighth double-double of the year, scoring 18 points with 13 rebounds. Moore shot 8-of-13 from the floor, grabbed 10 defensive rebounds and secured three assists. Over his last four games, Moore has nearly averaged a double-double with 17 points and 9.5 rebounds per game since the team's Jan. 20 matchup against Irving H.S.

Gavin Perryman scored a team-leading 20 points, hitting six three-pointers and shooting 6-of-11 from the floor. Senior Call Linn tacked on six points, including a massive three-pointer with 1:07 remaining that gave the Rangers a three-possession lead. Buckets by juniors Dylan Gibbons,

Owen Berry capped the team's scoring column. Perryman additionally led the team with four assists and three steals.

Jesuit finished the game shooting 46.2 percent from the floor but were able to pull away from the Cardinals with nine three-pointers compared to the five converted by MacArthur. Jesuit scored 18 points in the paint, added six second chance points off of five offensive rebounds and held MacArthur to a 2-of-5 clip from three-point range in the second half.

The Rangers travel to Irving on Tuesday and will battle the Nimitz Vikings. Jesuit defeated Nimitz, 67-34, in the first meeting between the two teams on Jan. 8. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
