Charlie Schmidt scored with one second remaining in the first quarter, sparking a Jesuit Dallas run that saw the Rangers outscore Episcopal School of Dallas, 9-2, over the final three quarters en route to an 11-5 win over the Eagles on Friday at Postell Stadium. Jesuit hands ESD its first loss of the season with the victory, improves to 2-0 in the Texas High School Lacrosse League (THSLL) North Division with the win and stays undefeated against in-state competition.

Jesuit faces a quick turnaround as the Rangers will return to home turf on Saturday to take on Torrey Pines (Calif.). The Falcons will enter Saturday's contest with a 5-3 record, most recently dropping an 11-10 decision in double overtime to Highland Park on Friday night.
