Jesuit scored the game-opening touchdown less than three minutes into the opening quarter of the 2022 season and never looked back, dominating from wire-to-wire for a convincing, 38-7 win over Hebron on Friday at Ranger Stadium. The Rangers win their season-opener for the second straight year with the victory.

Matty Wagner scored a touchdown in his return from injury, snagging two receptions for 15 yards.

Will Greenwood scored a rushing touchdown while the Jesuit Dallas defense held the Hawks to 62 rushing yards and 248 total yards of offense. Senior
Grant Peters recovered a loose fumble in the second quarter for Jesuit's lone turnover of the day.
Jesuit will next battle Rockwall on Friday, Sept. 2 at Wilkerson-Sanders Stadium. The Rangers will return to Ranger Stadium for their district opener against J.J. Pearce on Sept. 9.
