The Rangers scored two unanswered goals to start the game and followed a Highland Park tally with three more unanswered goals to secure a 5-2 win over the Scots on Wednesday at the Richardson StarCenter.
 
Senior Brandon Peppard and sophomore Allen Zhang scored two goals apiece for the Rangers, with sophomore William Hubbell adding the team's final goal of the contest. Junior Thomas Fino recorded three assists for the Rangers in the contest, as Hubbell, junior Mitchell Zenick, sophomore Rex Garrick, junior Andrew Theisen and senior goalie Misha Saratovtsev added one assist apiece. In goal, Saratovtsev picked up 23 saves to vault the Rangers to the victory.
