Jesuit Dallas warded off a late comeback by Northwest and remained unbeaten on the year with a 6-5 shootout victory on Wednesday at the Richardson StarCenter.

The Rangers took a 4-0 lead on Northwest with goals from senior
Tyler Woods, two tallies from junior
Allen Zhang and a goal from senior
Travis Hogan. Northwest scored three unanswered before Woods netted his second of the game with 3:43 left in regulation to spot the Rangers a two-goal advantage. Northwest forced overtime with two empty-net goals over the last 92 seconds of regulation, and the two teams went into the shootout after a scoreless five minutes of overtime.
