The Rangers dropped their second divisional game of the season, falling to Flower Mound/Marcus, 2-1, on Wednesday at the Farmers Branch StarCenter.
 
Jesuit out-shot Flower Mound/Marcus, 62-23 in the contest, but one goal midway through the second and a third-period tally put the Rangers behind by two goals heading into the waning moments of the contest. Senior Danny Myung scored on a feed from sophomore Nathan Morriss to cut the lead in half, but the Blue and Gold were unable to find the equalizer before the end of regulation.
 
Following the holiday break, Jesuit Dallas hockey will approach the homestretch of the season, a run that begins on January 8 against Northwest. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. at the Euless StarCenter.
