The Rangers suffered a 7-4 set-back to Loyola (Calif.) to begin their spring break trip on Saturday, March 9.
 
Senior Jackson Raymond scored a hat trick for the Rangers while Nick Jahn found the back of the net twice. Additional goals were recorded by seniors Beckett Foley and Brodie Hobbs while sophomore Wil Fagan added an assist.
 
Junior Caleb Caldwell went 11-of-15 from the face-off "x" and added a team-high seven ground balls while senior Cooper Feathers caused a team-leading four turnovers. Sophomore Gabriel James made eight saves in cage for the Blue and Gold.
 
Jesuit will return to the field on Monday, March 11 when the Rangers battle tournament host Brophy Prep (Ariz.). Face-off is set for 5 p.m.
