The Rangers excelled at the District 7-6A & District 8-6A Area Championship meet, held on April 11 at C.H. Wilemon Field in Arlington, Texas. Jesuit secured three berths to the regional championships and finished in ninth place.
Junior
Harlan Beucler qualified for regionals in both the 100m and 200m dash, capturing the area championship in both events. In the 100m, Beucler crossed the finish line in 10.31, finishing 0.07 seconds ahead of Arlington's Deon Mays and 0.10 ahead of Pearce's Andrew Casagrande. Beucler and Casagrande, who have had a stellar rivalry throughout the season and continued into marquee events such as the Jesuit-Sheaner Relays and district championship, battled once again in the 200m dash, where Beucler secured the gold with a dominant win, crossing the finish line in 20.93, 0.39 seconds clear of Casagrande in second place.

Henry Bourret finished seventh with a 43.37 while the 4x200 relay team of senior
John Keeton Parrish, Konings, Jenkins and Bourret crossed the finish line eighth with a 1:29.65.
Brown and Price tied in the 400m dash, as both athletes recorded a 51.58 to tie for fifth place. Junior
Brayden Higginbotham posted a 2:02.53 to conclude his season in the 800m run, finishing in 2:02.53. Parrish finished fifth with personal-best times in the 100m (10.61) and 200m (21.57) dash. Senior
Aidan Hunt finished fifth in the high jump with a personal-best leap of 5'10''.
Beucler and the 4x400 team will advance to the UIL Region I-6A Championships, scheduled to take place on Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19. This year's regional championships are scheduled to take place at Maverick Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington.
