Jesuit Dallas senior Caleb Steger secured a pair of impressive postseason accolades, earning a spot on the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All-Region I-6A Team and a spot on the Dallas Morning News All-Area Third Team.

The District 7-6A Most Valuable Player and Boston College signee finished his senior season with a jaw-dropping campaign that helped lead Jesuit Dallas to a district championship for the first time since 2019. Steger led the team in scoring average with 18.3 points per game, finishing second on the team in total scoring with 531 points on the season. The Boston College commit shot 46.7 percent from the field, 39.6 percent from three-point range and 87.3 percent from the free-throw line, adding 169 rebounds to average 5.8 boards per game.

Steger opened the season by securing MVP honors at the 2024 Knights of Columbus Bob Stras Dallas Classic and continued to excel throughout the season, scoring double digits in 25 of the 29 games he played in while adding five double-doubles. Steger hit a personal milestone against Dallas Lincoln on November 26, crossing the 1,000 point plateau and becoming the first Ranger to do so since Gavin Perryman '21.

Jesuit Dallas finished the 2024-25 season with a 24-9 record, tying Lake Highlands atop the District 7-6A standings with a 12-2 record. The Rangers finished out the district slate with six straight wins to clinch a share of the UIL 7-6A championship, including a massive win on the road at Lake Highlands, 67-48, on January 21 and a 67-63, overtime win over Richardson on January 28. In the playoffs, Jesuit Dallas defeated Arlington Bowie, 61-50, to secure the program's 10th bi-district championship.
