Jesuit Dallas secured a sensational cap to the 2024-25 pistol and rifle season by securing a second place finish in the rimfire pistol division at the 2025 Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP) State Championships, held from April 25-27 in Dripping Springs, Texas.
 
Miles Trujillo led the way for the Rangers' silver medal squad, completing the course in 43.00 seconds to finish seventh overall. Noah Nicosia (45.69), Alex Adee (48.24) and Ryan Zito (51.48) completed the lineup as Jesuit finished with a total time of 188.41, securing the second-lowest time outside of a 151.26 by the Central Texas Shooting Team. Nicosia would finish 13th overall, Adee would add an 18th place finish, and Ford Feller would secure Jesuit's last top-25 performance, finishing 24th with a time of 50.22.
 
In the 1911 model event, Trujillo finished ninth with a 48.83. In the "Go Fast" heat, Trujillo recorded the fourth-fastest performance of the state championship field, completing the heat in 6.39. Trujillo added a 17th place finish in the optics rifle division, clocking a 34.29. Santiago Valles was Jesuit's second-highest finisher, placing 36th overall with a 38.69. Zito was Jesuit's top finisher in iron rifle, finishing in 34.68 to place 19th.  Alex Adee finished 24th in centerfire pistol optic (52.55), while Grant Adee secured a 34th place finish with a 60.14 total time.
 
The weekend's performance concludes the 2024-25 pistol and rifle season, and the Rangers' shotgun team will continue the team's postseason run at the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) Regional Championships from May 2-4 in Waco, Texas at the Waco Gun Club.
