DALLAS - The Jesuit Dallas rugby team opened the 2026 season with an emphatic 68-21 win over Jesuit New Orleans at Ranger Stadium on Saturday.
Colton Patterson and Louis Surmiller each had three tries to lead the team on offense.
Alec Ramon made six conversions and had a try. Other tries were scored by
Rivers Amison, Rory Sullivan, and
Dean Gafford.
The Rangers scored the first two tries of the day to take a 12-0 lead. After a Blue Jay score, Jesuit answered with two tries of their own to extend the lead to 26-7 and take command of the contest.
The Rangers will be back in action this Friday when they play host to the Plano Rugby Club.
