DALLAS - The Jesuit Dallas football team jumped out to a 27-point lead before holding on for a 35-28 Homecoming win over McKinney Boyd at Ranger Stadium on Friday.
Senior running back
Ty Daboub put the team on his back, carrying the ball 34 times for 154 yards - both of which established career highs - with two touchdowns. He has reached the end zone 11 times this season with multiple scores in the last four games. He also had 39 receiving yards with a career-best 32-yarder in the second quarter. His score from a yard out in the fourth helped seal the win for the Rangers. The play capped a pivotal drive that went 63 yards in 7:24 and put Jesuit ahead by 14 with 1:44 remaining.

J.P. Livingstone threw a pair of touchdowns to classmate
Joseph Konings. Livingstone finished with 227 yards on 22-of-29 passing while adding 23 rushing yards. He had three clutch third-down conversion passes that kept the drive going. The Rangers were a season-high 10-of-14 on third down.
Konings, who was one of eight players who caught at least one pass, had eight receptions for 90 yards.
Jesuit (3-2, 2-0 6-6A) finished with 404 yards of total offense and controlled the time of possession with 29 minutes and ran 73 plays.
Jesuit will have a bye week next Friday before returning to play on Thursday, Oct.. 8 at Walnut Grove (5-0, 2-0). Kickoff at Children's Health Prosper ISD Stadium is at 7 p.m.
