Jesuit Dallas closed the 2022 Frisco Tournament of Champions unbeaten following a pair of wins on Saturday at Reedy H.S. The Rangers scored an 8-4, comeback win over McKinney North in the first game before securing a 6-2 win over Houston Memorial to secure their seventh straight win ahead of Tuesday's district opener against Pearce.

Jack Barr picked up his first win of the season with a complete game, striking out seven batters over the seven innings of work, only allowing one walk and two runs on six hits. Jesuit scored five runs in the bottom of the third, with Storey opening the scoring after a hit by pitch with the bases loaded. Migliore sent a single up the middle to score Fults and senior

Jesuit will now enter district play and take on J.J. Pearce in a two-game series that begins on Tuesday in Richardson. The Mustangs head into the opener on a three-game winning streak and five-game unbeaten streak, most recently sweeping Pilot Point, 11-0 and Hillcrest, 16-4 on Mar. 12 at Mustang Ballpark. First pitch for Tuesday is set for 7 p.m. before the series returns to Wright Field on Thursday, Mar. 17.
