The Jesuit Dallas wrestling team swept St. Mark's and J.J. Pearce in the team's 2023-24 home opener on December 6 at Walsh Gym. The sweep improves Jesuit's dual record to 4-2 early in the season as the Rangers picked up a 45-31 win over St. Mark's alongside a 44-30 victory over the Mustangs.

Owen White earned a pin fall of his own to increase the Jesuit lead to 12-0 before senior
Spencer Broussard tacked on another six points with a late first period pin. Senior
Pablo Lopez earned a 6-1 decision over Pearce's Antonio Alberino to keep the Rangers' momentum intact before senior

Parker Sherman picked up a pin to wrap the win for the Rangers.
White added a pin fall with 18 seconds remaining in his match against St. Mark's to give Jesuit its first win of the night against the Lions before Broussard, Collins, Daboub and Hedrick earned additional wins. Daboub picked up an impressive win, dominating for a 15-0 technical fall at 175 pounds.
Jesuit will travel to Frisco this weekend for the annual Frisco Memorial War Games. First match is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Friday, followed by a full day of action on Saturday.
