Noah McGough scored two goals and Jesuit Dallas secured a 3-1 win over Berkner on Friday at Ranger Stadium. The victory marks Jesuit's fourth District 7-6A win of the season while providing the Blue and Gold with its sixth home win of the 2023 season.

Hugh Rudnicki scored Jesuit's first goal of the contest, sending home a cross from senior
Josh Roppolo into the back of the net for an early lead. McGough's first goal of the game came off of a feed from senior
James McCrea, who sent a strong back-line pass from
Matthew Sucato to the far sideline, where McGough would collect the ball and slot a shot past the Berkner goalkeeper for a 2-0 lead.
In the second half, Sucato launched another impressive ball from deep in defensive territory, a long lofting pass that found the foot of
Lucas Parra. The junior would send a quick pass to the top of the box, where McGough would send a well-hit shot into the back of thenet for Jesuit's third goal of the game.Â

Cole Hines made one save in the first half before fellow fourth year
Christian Rodriguez secured four saves in the second half to help Jesuit preserved the victory. The Rangers out-shot Berkner, 13-11, earned three corner kicks and only yielded one corner kick to the Rams.
