Jesuit Dallas opened District 7-6A play with a 9-2 setback to J.J. Pearce on Tuesday at Wright Field. The Rangers will look to even the series on Thursday, as the two-game district set heads to J.J. Pearce H.S. for a 7 p.m. first pitch.

Jake Fults, as the former crossed the plate on a wild pitch before the sophomore scored on a sixth-inning passed ball. Hits were recorded by Barber, Fults, seniors

Joe Allen threw three innings in his fourth start of the year, striking out four batters before sophomore

Jesuit Dallas will return to Wright Field following a two-game road trip which begins on Thursday and continues on March 21 against Lake Highlands. The Rangers will host the Wildcats at home on Friday, Mar. 24.
