Jesuit Dallas and Highland Park played in front of nearly 15,000 fans on Friday at Gerald J. Ford Stadium, and the two teams responded by putting on an incredible defensive showcase that electrified both fan bases. The Rangers had the ball with an opportunity to take the lead on the Scots but fell short of defeating Highland Park and suffered a 15-13 loss to the Scots.

Jesuit will now enter the bye week before returning to district play on Oct. 13. The Rangers will face another key district bout upon its return from the bye as the Rangers take on Berkner at 7 p.m. at Wildcat-Ram Stadium.
