Jesuit Dallas wrestling held its annual Frank Halloran Memorial Ranger Classic on Friday and Saturday at Walsh Gym and the Terry Center, with the Rangers placing 15^th overall at its home showcase. 
 
Sophomore Kingston Stephens maintained his momentum following a second-place finish at the Cougar Classic on January 13 with a fourth place finish at the Halloran, stringing together three wins en route to securing the bronze. Stephens earned a first round bye, scored a third period pin over Julian Ortiz Garcia from R.L. Turner in the championship quarterfinal and then earned his way to the third-place match with a pin fall of Walnut Grove's Parker Alton. A medical forfeit awarded Stephens the bronze.
 
Senior Oliver Collins tacked on a fourth-place finish, earning victories over Centennial's Gabriel Moulden and Ethan Garcia from Plano East. Senior Pablo Lopez finished the tournament with three wins while junior Jake Daboub, sophomore Trevor Leap and sophomore Luke Bloodworth earned two wins apiece. Sophomores Alex Shomin and Parker Sherman each secured a win for the Rangers. 
 
Jesuit scored 76 points over the two-day tournament, finishing among a cluster of teams that were separated by only 11 points in the team standings. Rockwall Heath earned the team championship with 152 total points.
 
The Rangers will finish the regular season on Wednesday, January 24 when the Blue and Gold will host Bishop Lynch. Jesuit is 6-2 in dual matches this year and has not lost a dual since November 15. First match between the Rangers and Friars is set for 6:30 p.m.
