The Rangers punched their ticket to the championship game of the 2024 Texas Amateur Hockey Association (TAHA) State Championship Tournament with a decisive, 10-1 win over Strake Jesuit on Jan. 26 at the Valley Ranch StarCenter. Jesuit's highest scoring output of the season also marks the team's sixth consecutive win over Strake Jesuit, who will play Allen on Saturday for the second berth in Sunday's championship game.

The 2024 TAHA State Championship game will take place on Sunday, January 28 at the Valley Ranch StarCenter. Jesuit will enter the matchup as the five-time reigning state champions and will aim to capture not only their sixth straight state title, but the subsequent berth in the 2024 USA Hockey-Chipotle High School Hockey National Championship Tournament.
