The 2024 Jesuit Dallas volleyball season began with a five-set setback to The Hornets on Tuesday, February 20 at Walsh Gym.

Justin Pack erupted for 19 kills in the matchup, hitting at a .271 clip while freshman
Eli Garza tacked on 12 kills and a team-leading five service aces. Sophomore
Parker Schutze earned four kills, the tandem of freshman
William Klose, sophomore
Trey Graves and senior
Keegan Keough racked up three kills apiece, and freshman
Dashel Glasgow scored a kill to wrap the Rangers' scoring column.Â

Klose finished out the contest with a team-leading 34 assists and a team-high 16 kills while senior
Diego Ortiz-Segura finished the bout with five assists and 15 digs. Klose added two solo blocks, while Garza added one solo block and one assisted block. Overall, Jesuit held The Hornets to a .099 clip, but 22 service errors and 14 Hornet aces proved to be the difference in the 25-16, 25-19, 25-27, 23-25, 8-15 loss.

Jesuit will host the 2024 Jesuit Dallas Invitational on Saturday, March 2. The tournament, which will feature varsity and junior varsity teams from across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, will start at 9 a.m.
