Mario Zamora put the first attempt on goal, a shot that was blocked by the Mustangs goalkeeper but not secured. Roland sent the loose ball into the back of the net for the go-ahead tally to break the scoreless tie.

Jake Chostner combined for the shutout, with Elizondo making five saves in the first half before Chostner made one save in the second half to help Jesuit clinch the shutout win. Roland would take three total shots in the matchup, Zamora would add three attempts of his own, senior
