Jesuit Dallas continued its strong start to the 2024 outdoor track & field season, finishing second at the Allen Eagle Relays on Saturday. The Rangers were powered by a sweep of three relay events, peppering the leaderboard to secure the team's best non-district finish since 2022.
The dominance began in the 4x100, where junior

John Keeton Parrish and senior
Henry Bourret edged Prosper by 0.17 seconds for first place. In the 4x200, Parrish, junior
Harlan Beucler, Konings and Bourret, who broke the school record in the event during last week's McKinney Boyd Relays, remained unbeaten on the year with a 1:28.66 total relay time that bested the field by over a second. Senior

Chase Brown and Beucler broke the tape in 3:24.50.
Parrish finished third in the 100 meter dash, clocking an 11.22 while Profitt tacked on an 11.31 to finish fourth. Konings tacked on a seventh-place finish in the 200m (22.89) before securing a seventh place finish in the 400m (52.48). Junior
Brayden Higginbotham finished fourth in the 800 meter run (2:00.13) before placing eighth in the 1600 meter run (4:39.26). Senior
Jaeger Krauss finished eighth and ninth, respectively, in the 300m hurdles (43.45) and 110m hurdles (17.92), and freshman
Oscar Gooden won the junior varsity 3200m run in 10:04.71.
In field events, sophomore James Moore secured a 10th place finish in the discus (118-07) while juniors
Parker Sherman (36-03) and
Mason Arnold (35-10.5) placed 15th and 16th, respectively in the shot put.
Jesuit will return to action on Saturday, March 1 at the Wylie Pirate Invitational. The annual showcase will take place at Wylie ISD Stadium.
