Jesuit Dallas volleyball suffered its first loss of the season on Tuesday, dropping a 3-1 decision to St. Mark's at Walsh Gym.

Parker Schutze led the charge for the Rangers with 23 kills, closing out the contest with a .381 hitting percentage. Miles McGovern tacked on 11 kills while junior
Cash Ramirez secured 32 assists. McGovern led the team with three aces while
Daniel Shao, Grant Bomsersbach and Schutze logged two aces apiece.

Shao led the way for the Rangers on the back row with 12 digs, followed by 11 digs from Schutze. McGovern assisted in two blocks while Ramirez picked up a solo block.

Jesuit Dallas will host its annual varsity and junior varsity tournament on Saturday, March 1 in Walsh Gym. The action begins at 8 a.m. as the Rangers' varsity team battles Byron Nelson. Jesuit will continue pool play against Instinct Volleyball Club at 9:40 a.m. and Steele Accelerated at 12:10 p.m. before one-game challenge match semifinals at 1 and 1:30 p.m. If the Rangers advance to the championship bracket, the semifinal will take place at 2 p.m., followed by the championship at 3 p.m.
