Junior
Harlan Beucler broke two school records and made a major statement in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Region I-6A championship picture with a stellar performance at the 61st Jesuit-Sheaner Relays, held on March 21 and 22 at Ranger Stadium. Jesuit would finish 14th overall at the annual showcase, which featured 44 new United States Top 25 performances including two new top times in the country and 431 national elite performances.
Beucler's record-setting run began in the prelims, where the junior secured the top seed in the 200m finals with a 20.78, toppling the previous record of 21.16 which was recorded by Jesuit Dallas Hall of Famer Johnathan Howard '95 in 1995. Beucler then won the 200m championship with a 20.83 in finals, besting Allen's Jonathan Simms, a nationally-ranked sprinter who recorded the nation's second-fastest indoor time in the event during the winter season. Beucler would add a 10.25 in the finals of the 100m dash, setting another school record by besting the record of 10.46, recorded by Hunter Krepp '22 in 2002, finishing fifth overall.

Jack Lassek recorded a new personal best at 12'0'' to place ninth. Junior
Brayden Higginbotham posted a personal-best 2:00.94 in the 800 meter run to finish 17th while freshman
Maddux Click was the team's top finisher in the two-mile run, crossing the finish line with a personal-best 4:43.08. Senior
Jaeger Krauss secured a personal best with a 43.07 in the 300 meter hurdles as seniors
John Keeton Parrish (10.86) and
Henry Bourret (11.29) each recorded personal best times in the 100m prelims.

Chase Brown and Bourret finished 19th with a 1:30.71 in finals before Jenkins, senior
Eli Prieur, Brown and Higginbotham closed out the event for the Rangers with a 3:28.65 in the 4x400 relay. Junior
Beck Berry was Jesuit's top finisher in the long jump, placing 28th with a 19-8.75' leap while junior
Nick Pregler finished 23rd in the triple jump after hitting 38-7.5.
The Rangers will send a contingent to Austin, Texas for the annual Texas Relays next week before returning to Ranger Stadium for the District 7-6A Championships on April 2 and April 3. Field events will begin on Wednesday, April 2 at 2 p.m. before running prelims begin at 4:30 p.m. Thursday's field events begin at 1 p.m. before running finals at 5 p.m.
