Jesuit Dallas soccer concluded a dominant run through district play with a 3-1 over Nimitz on Friday in Irving.
 
Senior Clyde Araiza scored two goals for the Rangers to help pace the Jesuit offense as junior Cooper McGough scored the final goal for the Blue and Gold. Senior Julian Polma started in goal for the Rangers, playing the first 25 minutes before senior Jake Chostner took over and senior Marcelo Elizondo slammed the door on the Vikings. Seniors Max Sabogal, Noah McGough and junior Cruz Rodriguez added assists to the Jesuit effort.
 
The Rangers close out the regular season with a 17-1-0 record alongside a 13-1-0 district mark, winning the District 7-6A Championship for the first time since the 2017 season. Jesuit will await its postseason opponent as the Rangers will enter the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Region I-6A Division II Tournament as the top seed out of District 7-6A.
